Following receipt of a Letter of Authority, Aqua Clear carried a desktop review highlighting potential areas for savings and rebates. We carried out sites visits with Scottish Water and submitted successful applications on behalf of Scottish Borders Council for drainage charges, water consumption and wastewater charges based on rateable value.
14.62% year-on-year annual savings on supply and wastewater expenditure plus substantial 6-figure sum rebates. The results are very good, and we are extremely pleased with the work you have carried out on our behalf.
